“Young people explain art to their friends.” This is the idea underlying the app “Kunstfreunde im Wallraf” (“Art lovers at the Wallraf”), which hopes to get people interested in the old masters. Various thematic text and audio tours provide unique insight into supposedly well-known objects, and bridge the gap between past and present. The app was developed by students at the University of Cologne as part of a partnership with the Institute of Media Culture & Theatre and the Freunde des Wallraf-Richartz-Museum und des Museum Ludwig.
