Diversity Week: June 23 – July 2, 2026The city’s museums and their offerings are as diverse as the people who visit them. From June 23 to July 2, Diversity Week will highlight different perspectives on art, history, and society. Look forward to inspiring guided tours, creative workshops, and exciting encounters that invite you to explore, share ideas, and get involved.
As part of Diversity Week, the Cologne Museum Service in cooperation with the City of Cologne’s Office for Integration and Diversity, is presenting selected offerings from the “Diversity and Museums” program: events in various languages as well as in German Sign Language invite visitors to explore the museums in a familiar way and engage in dialogue. To mark ColognePride, guided tours and creative activities offer historical, artistic, and non-European perspectives on queerness. Events focused on democracy education also provide a space for discussion about diversity and the question of how we want to shape our social coexistence.
From German learners to newcomers to Cologne and seniors to anyone interested – diversity is the name of the game during Diversity Week!
