So ein Hafenbecken direkt neben der Stadt ist schon sehr praktisch: Zum einen kommen hier Waren aus aller Welt an, mit denen man sich das Leben schöner machen kann. Zum anderen kann man hier unbemerkt Müll entsorgen – den sieht im Wasser niemand… Und wer sollte sich schon beschweren, Fische sind ja bekanntlich stumm. Oder?
